SHIPPING POLICY

We shipped out orders  24 hrs after every order has been made. orders are shipped. Shipping period takes usually 3-5 days for international orders with DHL,

Local shipping will be done by the local post office.

For local orders items are received with in a day or 2. Orders is usually send by THE LOCAL POSTING  SERVICES. Make sure to mail us incase orders is not received within due time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Mail us at service@dqueensstore.com before returning any of our products. Do not returned items if product is opened or used. 

All products will be thoroughly checked my our customs clearance services before returning to us.

ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, etc) can be exchange/returned.If you want to exchange/return, please contact us in 7 days once receiving goods, which means your return/ exchange request is gladly received.

NOTE

Tracking number for the returned package needs to be provided within 7 days from the day the post office give the return address. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange/return is necessary.
